Kayla Novak leads marketing at Lucida Tax + Accounting Solutions, shaping how clients experience the firm. That experience starts the first time someone finds Lucida online and continues through every event, newsletter and update. Above all, Kayla believes strong client relationships are built on a clear story backed by real evidence. For this reason, she pays close attention to the questions clients ask and the information they value most. Working alongside firm leadership, she oversees Lucida’s brand, content, digital presence and client communications to make sure clients hear from the firm when it matters, with content that helps them make confident financial decisions.

Kayla brings more than 12 years of marketing experience, including six in public accounting, so she understands what clients want from their accounting partner: clear answers, relevant insights and easy ways to connect with their advisors. At a Wisconsin CPA firm, she built the marketing function from the ground up, led website redesigns, planned client conferences and seminars, and later led a seven-person marketing team while serving on leadership teams that shaped annual strategy.

Outside of the office, you’ll find her spending time with family, tackling a home renovation project, joining a workout class or finally taking a minute to relax amid the chaos of being a new mom!
